The City of Shafer is currently accepting applications for a full-time Public Works Director through Thursday January 18, 2018.  Minimum qualifications for this position include: High school diploma or equivalent AND minimum two (2) years post-secondary education; previous municipal government experience desired; and supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to direct and supervise wide variety of personnel preferred. Class D Waste Water Treatment License, Class D Water Operator License, and a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement, or ability to obtain within 18 months of hire.
